DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

2. SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the product(s) purchased by the BUYER from the SELLER's online store at aktorel.com, within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, and sales price of the product(s) subject to the agreement are specified on the order summary and invoice. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes; color differences may result from screen settings.

4. SALE PRICE AND PAYMENT

The total sales price of the product(s) including VAT is displayed on the order completion screen and in the order confirmation email. Payment is collected at the time of order using a credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods.

5. DELIVERY

Products are shipped within 1-3 business days from order confirmation. Domestic delivery time is 2-5 business days, and international delivery time is 7-21 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability and shipping intensity. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at the payment stage.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notification by e-mail to faveurybusiness@gmail.com.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets
  • Products prepared according to the BUYER's wishes or personalized
  • Products that are perishable or may expire quickly
  • Products whose packaging has been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene and health reasons
  • Products that are mixed with other products after delivery
  • Digital content (if download/streaming has started)

7. RETURN PROCESS

In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the BUYER is obliged to return the product within 10 (ten) days from the date of the withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs belong to the BUYER. The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The SELLER will refund the payment within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product.

8. PRIVACY

The personal data of the BUYER is processed and protected within the scope of our Privacy Policy and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Turkish Republic law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Disputes can first be taken to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and then to Consumer Courts.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement during the order completion stage. The agreement comes into effect upon confirmation of the order.
